Student Research Fellows
Student researchers play a vital role in CIC’s research and advocacy while gaining meaningful experience as advocates for social justice. Under the supervision of experienced board members, students conduct research and write reports to international human rights bodies, draft policy briefs promoting alternatives to parental incarceration, contribute to the development of standards for pregnant women and children living in detention with a parent, and develop educational and training materials for legal system professionals.
