Isabella Minahan

Isabella Minahan earned her BA in Global Studies and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota in 2025. She was the 2024 Arvonne Fraser Fellow through the University of Minnesota Human Rights Program. She has a passion for research and preserving stories, evidenced by her involvement with the University of Minnesota Human Rights Program’s oral history project as a component of the Minnesota Human Rights Archive. With CIC, Isabella is researching and gathering data about pregnant women in prison as part of the Prison Nursery Project.
