Nicole Heringer

Nicole Heringer is an attorney with Matonich Law. She previously served as a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where she gained insight into a broad array of legal issues that impact Minnesotans navigating the criminal legal system. During law school, Nicole was a student attorney at the University of Minnesota’s Child Advocacy and Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she represented clients in juvenile delinquency and child welfare matters. She was also a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Law & Inequality, during which her research focuses included juvenile incarceration and related inequities.
