Emma Naughton

Emma Naughton is a human rights expert and the founder of Lucid Collaborative LLC. She is an international development and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist with more than 30 years of experience in conflict-affected environments and with social change initiatives in the US and around the world. Prior to consulting, she worked at Canada’s International Development Research Center, Human Rights First, and Oxfam. She has a master’s degree in Sociology from New York University, and a master’s in Arab Studies from Georgetown University.
