
Abigail Kielich
Abigail Kielich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Global Policy at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. As part of her capstone research, she is part of a team that is contributing to a literature review focused on pregnancies in prisons. Her specific area of focus is comparing U.S. policies with those of other countries regarding pregnancies in prison, with an emphasis on the use of shackling on incarcerated women.
